1. Nature of Platform & Medical/Crisis Disclaimer

KhulkeBolo.com operates strictly as a peer-to-peer emotional catharsis, venting, and anonymous discussion sanctuary. It is an unmoderated peer support forum, not a clinical healthcare facility.

• No Medical or Psychiatric Advice: Nothing published on this website constitutes clinical therapy, psychiatric consultation, crisis intervention, or suicide prevention services.
• Emergency Escalation: In circumstances involving active self-harm ideation, medical emergencies, or psychiatric distress, users must immediately contact certified national helplines such as Tele MANAS (14416 / 1800-891-4416) or hospital emergency services.
• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using this service does not establish any professional, medical, or fiduciary relationship between the user, platform administrators, or other community members.

2. Safe Harbor & Intermediary Status (IT Act, Section 79)

KhulkeBolo is an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. In accordance with Section 79 of the IT Act:

• KhulkeBolo does not initiate transmission, select the receiver of transmission, or modify user-submitted content.
• All confessions, mood tags, comments, and reactions reflect the sole responsibility and views of the respective anonymous authors.
• Platform administrators assume zero liability for defamatory, misleading, abusive, or tortious submissions created by third-party users.

3. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Violations

By accessing or posting on KhulkeBolo, you explicitly agree NOT to transmit, host, display, or share any information that:

• Defamation & Harassment: Defames, harasses, bullies, mocks, or intimidates any individual, caste, creed, religion, or community.
• PII & Doxxing: Discloses private personally identifiable information (PII), including phone numbers, personal email addresses, residential coordinates, or social profiles.
• Financial Exploitation: Contains solicitation, fundraising requests, loan schemes, cryptocurrency promotion, investment tips, or UPI handles.
• Commercial Spam & Phishing: Distributes advertising links, web URLs, affiliate redirection, malicious software, or unauthorized bot automation.
• Self-Harm & Illicit Trade: Encourages suicide, deliberate self-injury, unlawful substances, weapons, or unauthorized transactions under Indian law.

4. Moderation Rights, Content Removal & Suspension

To preserve community safety and legal integrity, KhulkeBolo administrators reserve absolute discretion to:

• Review, unpublish, flag, or permanently delete any confession or support comment without prior consultation.
• Permanently block, restrict, or terminate user access tokens and IP ranges associated with automated spam, abusive conduct, or terms violations.
• Record internal moderation remarks to notify offending accounts regarding rule violations.

5. Intellectual Property & License to Display

Users retain ownership of their original personal expressions. However, by submitting a confession or comment to KhulkeBolo, you grant the platform a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, index, distribute, and format the text within the application framework.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of the use of this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
